Caffeine
Caffeine has a beneficial effect on the body as it makes things more efficient. It stimulates the central nervous system, alleviating fatigue and increased wakefulness. For example, I drink coffee every morning during breakfast and the effect really shows for the rest of the day, as I’m more concentrated and focus. However, when I forget to get the cup of coffee, I will get rather sleepy and could not focus easily. As such, the caffeine really helps me to keep alert and boost my energy for the rest of the day. Therefore, when I’m more focus and awake, I tend to do things more efficient.
